Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Period

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 17 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused or lightly used, with at least 90% of the original content remaining. Any testers provided with the order must also be returned to qualify for a return or exchange.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is offered on fresh orders only.
If a customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons, all return delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Processing & Special Cases

Approved return or exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days. In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of an incorrect product, Oud Al Ajman will cover all return and replacement delivery charges.
