Refund & Exchange Policy

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.,

At Oud Al Ajman, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering a premium attar experience with every order. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent return or exchange process.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 17 days from the date of delivery. The attar bottle must contain at least 90% of the original product. Any testers provided with the order must also be returned. This policy applies to online purchases only and is applicable to 12ML attar bottles.

If a return or exchange is requested due to personal preference, return delivery charges will be borne by the customer and original delivery charges are non-refundable. In cases of leakage, damage during transit, or receipt of an incorrect product, we will cover all return and replacement delivery charges.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, approved requests are processed within 3–5 working days.

To maintain fairness and quality standards, the product must be returned in its original packaging condition. If the cellophane, box, or tester is missing, or if the product has been used beyond the allowed limit, adjustment charges may apply. If more than 10% of the attar has been used, the return request will unfortunately not be eligible. No charges apply for negligible testing.
